Die Schlüssel zu finden war etwas spannend. Mit dem Gastgebenden hatten wir keinen Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig für Familien und zu empfehlen. Die Bushaltestelle direkt eine Minute entfernt und macht dadurch das Sightseeing in London einfach.

La posizione dell'appartamento vicino alla metro Limehouse comoda per collegamenti per tutta Londra e i supermercati vicini aperti fino a tarda sera. Le istruzuini per l' accesso all' appartamento erano molto chiare. L'appartamento era pulito.

− Non ho apprezzato la lentezza con cui l' host rispondeva alle nostre domande. Non ho apprezzato la poca serietà dell' host che all' inizio ci ha detto che il nostro appartamento era al scondo piano poi ha detto che era al quarto piano perchè era stato rustruttrato e che gli avrebbe fatto piacere farci alloggiare per la prima volta dopo la ristruttrazione e poi ci ha novamente riassegnato l' appartamento al secondo piano perchè quello al quarto era in ristruttrazione . Le foto in ogni caso non erano quelle della casa dove abbaimo alloggiato. L' appartamento affaccia direttamente sulla linea DLR , il balcone è all' altezza delle rotaie della DLR , e il quarto piano avebbe reso meno fastidiso il passsaggio dei mezzi che al secondo piano risultano molto rumorosi . Non abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la fornitura di ascugamani e di biancheria per la cucina , soltanto due asciugamani per sette giorni uno molto piccolo ed uno un po' più grande, in un perido molto caldo dove facevamo doccia due volte al giorno e gli asciugamani non erano sufficienti. Non abbiamo apprezzato gli utensili da cucina, molto usurati e non funzionali al loro utilizzo. ED infine non abbaimo apprezzato il prezzo che ovviamente non abbaimo accettato del check out posticipato 20 GBP x ora in più per ognuno di noi. Non ho apprezzato la scarsa comunicazione con l' host anche quando abbaimo avuto un problema con una presa elettrica nel muro che ha fatto saltare tutto l' impianto elettrico e per il quale dopo averli scritto non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Non ho apprezzato i materassi troppo usati e affossati ed i cuscini che puzzavano perchè le federe interne degli stessi non sono mai sostituite .

Great location if you like watching the subway. Overall, the view was perfect. A spacious, clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Close to the subway and bus stops. With the windows closed, the subway wasn't a bother at all.

− Confusing key handover—no prior notification from the accommodation. Upon arrival at the location, I tried unsuccessfully to call the contact number. Then I finally received instructions. As someone wrote in a review before me, it was actually a completely different apartment than the one in the photos. But that wasn’t a problem for us. The boiler—or whatever it is—rumbles quite loudly in the apartment the whole time. That’s more annoying than the subway outside the windows. I probably wouldn’t stay there in the summer; there’s no air conditioning, and it was already very hot at the end of April whenever the sun was out.

Great location, near tube stations and Canary Wharf so ideal pre marathon stay. Lovely view out of windows, especially at sunset. Very clean, comfy beds, not noisy despite train line outside, well equipped kitchen.

The location is ideal, with the DLR station nearby. Very nice view from the balcony! The apartment is well furnished, spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessities for a couple weeks' stay.

− The DLR might be a bit too close. Expect to wear earplugs for an uninterrupted night's sleep. Also the host can sometimes be slow to respond to our messages. And they completely ignored our multiple requests for a second set of keys.

The apartment itself was in acceptable condition and the location is convenient, with good access to public transport and a nice view from the living room.

− However, our overall experience was disappointing. The apartment we received did not match the one shown in the listing photos — the layout and room sizes were different, which was a key factor in our booking decision. There was no indication in the listing that a different unit could be assigned, which I find misleading. Despite the listing stating that the apartment is soundproof, noise from nearby DLR trains was clearly audible and frequent. One of the bedrooms was also noticeably cold during the night. The sofa, which is supposed to serve as a sleeping space for one guest (the apartment is advertised for up to 5 people), was not suitable or comfortable for an adult. What was particularly disappointing was the communication. The host was responsive before the booking was confirmed, but once an issue arose during our stay, we received no response at all. Overall, the apartment did not meet the expectations created by the listing and the price paid.
