We initially stayed at Ann Siang. Nice stay however we encountered some issues with some neighbors with heavy footsteps. We were assisted very well by Edmar, Belle and Mitch. They provided us an option to stay in another property. We transferred and we were assisted by Trisha, Divina and Kisha! Same wonderful service.. Nice location and near areas where one could truly enjoy.

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The location is exceptionally convenient, situated very close to Maxwell MRT station and only about 100 meters (a 5-minute walk) away from the Maxwell Food Centre, making it super easy to grab local delicacies. The room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable visit. A special thanks to Mitch, Edmar, and Belle for their warm hospitality and exceptional service — they made the experience extra special. The deposit release was also handled very smoothly and promptly. Highly recommended to anyone visiting, and we would love to stay here again!

Small hotel in an old shop house, quiet location in China Town.

Great location for my taste, in China Town but not in one of the busy streets, totally quiet, and just around the corner from 3 hawker centres and 3 MTR lines. Room had good size, comfy bed, enough place to store and put stuff if you stay for a few days (I stayed 6 days). Using laundry/dryer worked perfectly. I opened doors with app on phone, worked perfectly smooth. WiFi was good.

− AC and dehumidifier quite noisy, but because I sleep with ear plugs this was not a problem.

What I liked most about the accommodation was the customer service. The room was great for the price, with a kitchen and bathroom, but the customer service was exceptional. Edmar, Belle, and Mitch were all very friendly and helped me with a couple of issues I had

Everything was great - the location, the property, the amenities, the staff (Mitch, Edmar, Belle)! It was close to 2 stations (brown line and blue line). It's very close to Maxwell food center. Amenities are complete (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer; even laundry powder is provided). The room is very spacious for 2.

− They only offer room clean-up if you stay for 7 nights. For very light sleepers, you can feel and hear the train pass-by.

Location is fantastic for sightseeing and incredibly convenient. The MRT and Maxwell food centre just a few minutes away for convenient meals. Very clean and cosy. Service is very attentive and they look after your needs very attentively.

− Some of the fittings may need servicing to keep them in the best working condition. The shower soap holder came loose halfway, (which I’m sure they’ll fix for the next guest; I told them about it), and the shower door sliding was a little stiff. Kitchenette didn’t have a hood. Not big problems. But still, overall very good.
