− The apartment smelled like smoke, Marijuana and cigarettes. The cleaning was not the best.Lots of basic kitchen amenities were not in the apartment

10.0The manager called 3 times to ask if i would need anything. I asked for a new water heater and they sent a brand new one in 10 minutes .
