Lo UNICO rescatable es que pudimos entrar antes de la hora del check in, LO UNICO.

− Primero que todo comentar que la pieza que nos asignaron no era la misma que arrendamos en Booking. ESO NO SE HACE! Las fotos se veía una habitación limpia, sin stickers, sin suciedad, más grande y con un baño incluido. La habitación que nos dieron era otra, no la misma que habían en las fotos, y aparte, tenía el baño aparte, no dentro como lo solicitamos. La habitación estaba sucia, con los artefactos en mal estado; la llave de la puerta estaba mal, se trancaba y costaba abrirla. Cuando llegamos una de las persianas estaba tirada, mi novio la sujeto, la otra persiana estaba caída con una rotura. El primer día encontramos una araña arriba en la ventana. Los muebles estaban todos con polvo. La habitación y la nevera que tenía dentro con mal olor. Las paredes llena de stickers gastados. Las sábanas con olor a otras personas. La TV no prendía. Y más encima carteles que nosotros teníamos que limpiar a la salida, que descaro!!!!!! Si ni limpio lo entregan. Por otra parte el baño completamente sucio, con pelos, con restos de jabón/espuma, con un lavamanos muy pequeño que no alcanzaba para hacer nada y de paso se tapaba con un mínimo de agua, la ducha con poca presión de agua, y todo el baño con olor a humedad y viejo. El barrio malo, gente gritando fuera y de peligro. Realmente muy decepcionante!!!!!! Y peor aún que llame 5 veces y Booking no me dio ninguna opción! Porfavor no arrendeis aquí!!!!!! Es muy asqueroso pasar una estadía en un lugar sucio, de mal olor y con todos los artefactos rotos.

I'm not in room 2, I'm in room 4 on the top floor and I've been here for four weeks. This is the best value property I've found in this area, so I've booked to stay here for another four weeks. I've done several reviews for this room and the other rooms I've stayed in here and I'm still very positive about the hosts, the facilities, the location and the value for money here.

Well equipped, good location and excellent host

I have stayed at this venue several times in the last year or so and have left several reviews. I am currently in room 4 rather than room 2. It's on the top floor at the back of the building so is fairly quiet. The room is well-equipped and cosy despite the recent cold weather (January 2026). The window faces east and catches the sunrise - when it eventually rises. I've noticed a definite improvement in the wifi, which was a previous gripe. I'm now getting 150 Mbps, which is not super fast but adequate for calls, streaming etc. I have booked to stay on for another four weeks as this is the best value location in the area.

Excellent value and a good location

I reviewed this room last week. I extended my stay for 4 nights to fill a gap till my next stay in this room for another 16 nights. I keep rebooking because I've not seen any other apartments in the area that offer better value.
