Lage der Unterkunft ist top.

− Sauberkeit gleich null. Handtücher von unsere Vorgänger hingen noch. Ablauf der Dusche vollständig verstopft mit alten Haaren. Elektrogerät verdreckt und defekt.

− Der Backofen hat leider nicht getan und der Toaster hat leider auch gefehlt

Not as advertised and completely misrepresented and uninhabitable, we had to leave immediately.

Unfortunately, nothing about this property met even a basic standard. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong, overwhelming odour throughout the apartment, which seemed to be coming from an unplugged, broken fridge. Even after opening all the windows, the smell did not improve and was enough to cause headaches. The kitchen was filthy, with visible dirt and stains. The curtains in the bedroom were heavily stained and unhygienic, to the point where we avoided touching them. In the bathroom, there was visible mould on both the ceiling and the cornicing, along with a general state of disrepair across the entire apartment. The walls were in poor condition, dirty, heavily scuffed, and covered in holes from old anchors where pictures had once been. These are not minor issues; the property was clearly unsafe and unsuitable for a stay, particularly with young children. We made the decision to check out immediately and did not stay. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think carefully, as this was a genuinely unacceptable experience.

− The main issue was that the property was completely misrepresented and not fit for a stay. The apartment's condition fell well below any reasonable standard, particularly in cleanliness and maintenance. There were multiple hygiene concerns, including a strong, persistent odour, a dirty kitchen, and visible mould in the bathroom. In addition, the property was generally poorly maintained, and the apartment's overall condition indicated a lack of basic upkeep. It was also clear that the photos in the listing did not accurately reflect the property we were given. Upon closer review, it appears that the apartment we stayed in is not even the one shown in the listing, which is extremely misleading. When we raised these issues, the owner did not offer a refund and instead referred us to Booking.com’s terms and conditions, without addressing the property's condition. As a result, we are still working to resolve this through Booking.com customer support. Overall, this did not feel like a one-off issue, but rather a property that has not been properly maintained for some time. Travelling with young children, we found this unacceptable and had no option but to leave and arrange alternative accommodation at short notice.

Posizione comodissima per spostarsi con i mezzi (dietro mauerpark). In generale un bell'appartamento e dotato di ogni comfort.

− Forse l'equipaggiamento per cucinare, un po' troppo vissuto, a mio avviso necessita di essere rimpiazzato.
