Perfect fit for my stay in nic.

The property was conveniently located nearby my daughter’s apartment. Very responsive contact, checking in often to ensure all was good.

I found it difficult to download the latch app. Fortunately I was given a code in order to open the doors for the duration of my stay.

Clean and comfortable location and a well equipped apartment.

9.0

Very, very clean and very comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally, it would be a place where you could stay a little bit longer. I only stayed one night for a business trip as I needed to have meetings in the neighborhood near there.

The only downside for me was a little bit of noise from the traffic because the exit from the Queensboro Bridge is nearby and New Yorkers like to honk and express themselves during traffic!
