Au premier abord lors de l’achat, c’était pour l’espace et la décoration ainsi que les équipements. Aussi la situation centrale même si le quartier n’est pas le plus beau et propre.

− Une déception en arrivant ! L’espace était bien là mais la poussière aussi. L’état général de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer, beaucoup de chose abîmes, casser et pour les équipements un grands nombres de fonctionnement plus. Des interrupteurs en pagaille, mais malheureusement avec des ampoules défectueuses. Des cables électriques qui courent un peu partout qui fonts et qui fonts peurs en terme de sécurité. Un jacuzzi pas vraiment fonctionnel, un douche géante qui ne fonctionne pas entièrement. Des fenêtres d’une autres époque sans aucune isolation… en plus de l’air, bien sûr le bruit jour et nuit de NY. Pour finir le système de chauffage et de climatisation est extrêmement bruyant soufflant un air vicié car lui aussi est d’une autre époque. Conclusion : un très grand potentiel mais un manque caractérisé d’entretien. Une rénovation s’impose en urgence ! DOMMAGE !

− The dust in the property was ridicules , the bedding was a little to warn for my likings the heating was not predictable in all things was grubby and or not working

Location Comfortable beds Like the quirkiness of the unit.

− Unable to adjust temperature to use heat and multiple space heaters available but only one worked. Typical temp inside the unit was 66. Couldn’t make it warmer. The unit needs some love: not necessarily updates but basic things. Some lightbulbs out and others either such a low wattage they offered no light. The fan in the second bedroom is so off balance that running it is extremely loud! Many outlets did not work at all. The unit overall has great potential but it has become run down and ignored. Basic maintenance is needed. A weird request but Alexa speakers everywhere which is fine but day three the notification green ring illuminated on all of the speakers/units and they flashed for days until we unplugged the units (several in master bathroom).

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing and spacious town house. Our family and little ones adored it. Such a great neighbourhood to be in. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!
