− Balcony was not open due to renovation work. Pool is not open Monday to Friday due to renovation work. No curtains/blackout in one of the bedroom/ or the living room. noise from the plastic on the balcony flapping in the wind. The photos of the balcony in the listing are not representative of the current state. Sheets from the previous tenant left in the washing machine. Our towels were left in the tumble dryer on arrival, rather than in the bedrooms or bathroom.

− We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the rate per night. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the standards we expected. Some of the main issues were: The main toilet seat was dirty upon arrival. There were stains in the bathtub. We found cockroaches in the kitchen and inside the dishwasher. There was a water leak from the exhaust fan in the main bathroom. Plastic coverings had been placed over the windows, blocking what should have been one of the apartment's main attractions: the view. The blackout curtain in the master bedroom was missing, and the fabric curtain did not fully cover the window, making the room too bright early in the morning. The shower temperature in the main bathroom was difficult to regulate. The main TV remote control did not work. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The pool closed at 6:00 p.m., which is impractical during the summer since the best time to enjoy it is in the evening. Overall, the experience did not reflect the premium price we paid, and we expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
