8.0Ana, the owner's representative was very nice and equally professional. The location, comfort and views were spectacular. James (vallet parking team leader) was very friendly and useful throughout.
− The W Hotel staff was not helpful at all! The steam room is a dangerous place because there are no warning or danger signs around the steam outlet which is mounted on the same wall as the shower above, which to be activated requires one to be with one's back against it. As a result, I seriously burned the back of my left leg on it. Sent an email to the Spa Director requesting the incident report to send to my Travel Insurance company, but my request was just ignored - sadly! Went back there 3 days later nothing had been done to warn guests against the hazard. It should be noted that this has nothing to do with the apartment itself nor its owner. Just be extremely careful when using the steam rooms.
