10.0I can only echo all the other reviews on this one. Thiago is a wonderful, welcoming and generous host who has a fantastic grasp on the little touches that make travelling easier. The accommodation is very spacious for London, spotlessly clean, quiet for being so close to Brixton village and main street, and some pretty extensive looking development works. It feels secure and safe and is only a short walk from Brixton Academy, the purpose of our stay. There is good water pressure and a sizable lift to the third floor, so no accessibility issues with bags etc. Thiago offers clear video instructions on how to find the property, gain entry, negotiate the locks and what to do when leaving. Definitely appreciated, and the care and attention of someone who has also been subjected to the Krypton factor/ crystal maze challenge of trying to find some of the holiday let's on this platform.
− Absolutely nothing to fault it. Thiago is a past master.

Friendly, incredibly priced, perfect host!
10.0Superb location, right near Brixton O2. Host Thiago was incredibly friendly and so welcoming. Felt sad to only stay for one night! Will be back for sure! Bed was very comfortable, slept so well. Bathroom fully stocked, excellently clean.
