Very poor
2.0The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the subway. All the facilities in the apartment were fully functional. Check-in and check-out process were clear
− Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned at all before our arrival—it was filthy, and there were no clean towels provided. The host initially promised to send a cleaning crew and to refund the cleaning and towel fees. However, neither happened—the cleaners never showed up, and the host is now ignoring my messages regarding the refund.
Stay was confortable
5.0The location was fine.. actually worked out best for my visit to my daughter, who recently moved really close by. The area is East Village and has lots of restaurants, cafe and shops, vintage and non vintage. It is a vibrant area of the city with young people walking around. It feels safe. It is pleasant to walk around in the streets even late in the evening.
− The apartment and the building are tired and not neat. The building is run down and entrance, hallways and staircases are really dirty and blah. I would not have minded if the place was not so pricey. The price is too high for what they offer. The apartment is a one bedroom and spacious. Again, the place is ok but the landlord has abandoned the idea of taking care of details. For instance the coffe machine is not near the plug, so you need to find a way to plug it and then the coffee was in refrigerator but it looked like it was just tossed there. No caring touch. The bathroom is ok but old and tired. So if this apartment was $150-$200 at night, so be it, but I paid almost $1000 for two nights!! Also, after I pay all this money I have to watch the towels I am using because they say that if I use more than two towels during my stay they charge me $20!! Come on!
A good place to hang your hat
8.0The apartment was very well situated near Union Square...close to metro/subway. The bedding was really comfortable and it was great to be able to eat "at home.". I would definitely recommend this place.
− We weren't sure where to find clean sheets for the convertible sofa, linens for the dishes (dishtowels). I would have liked to be notified by Booking that the address CHANGED, not just the name. We located the address given to us at time of reservation and it is a hotel chain under renovation.
Great stay with all needs met
8.0Location was great for walking around Manhattan!
A well appointed apartment in a terrific location with easy access to everything.
9.0It was an excellent location, the place had everything you would need, including lots of cleaning products for you to keep things clean. It has a wide range of new, clean and quality cookware and dishes so you won't find anything lacking for preparing own meals. Great TV/entertainment options.
− The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. No street noise so it's otherwise quiet.
Superb
