− عدم وجود استقبال .. مكان السكن سيئ جداً .. النظافه سيئ جداً جداً .. الاثاث سيئ جداً عكس الصور الموجوده تماماً .. الحمام غير نظيف لا يوجد اي شي في الحمام من ادوات النظافه .. المصعد لا يعمل والشخص الموجود في السكن مايساعدك حتى في حمل الشنط الوضع كله كان سيئ .كنت حاجزه ثلاث ايام يوم بس اللي كنا فيه وطلعنا ورفضوا يرجعون مبلغ اليومين الباقي اسوء تجربه في حياتي لا تغركم الصور

Newly refurbished property, clean and secure. Located adjacent to the grand Fatih Camii, the property is ideally situated to visit the upper Fatih district. The hosts were very approachable and helpful.

The service was disastrous. The agreement was with the owner to meet us around 01:00. We were half an hour late because of the plane. He was informed on time. We got the impression that he answered drunk on the phone call, he doesn't speak English very well. It was raining, we stood outside for more than an hour trying to come to an agreement with him and waiting for him to bring us the keys to the apartment. In the middle of the night! The driver from taxi was helping us, he was translating everything to the owner. After more than an hour, he sent a neighbor who unlocked another smaller apartment for us (which we did not reserve). There was internet in the apartment, but the owner did not tell us the password. There was no hot water, and the normal water soon disappeared. We had to go out and buy bottled water to refresh ourselves. The next day we went out to the city, we didn't want all that to spoil our vacation. We learned from the neighbors that he often does this, he takes money for a better apartment and places tourists in a smaller one. The owner called us in the evening to exchange apartments. All this with the excuse that the one we booked had to clean. Let me mention that we booked and paid for the apartment a month in advance. So he obviously knew when we should come. In the apartment we reserved the drain in the shower is often blocked, the nightstand drawers are destroyed. The toilet was not working few times. The rest was decent. A lot of stress, we do not recommend this apartment owner! It’s definitely not worth the money.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean everyone was super friendly and happy to help
