It was completely disappointing
2.0The stay was extremely disappointing. There wasn't even a single blanket in the room. There was no soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste provided. The only toiletry available was shampoo, and even that had to be requested several times before we received it. The safe in the room didn't work, so I had to carry all my important documents with me throughout the trip, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. The toilet paper rolls were half-used by the previous guests, which was unacceptable. We also requested an additional room, but we were given one that was in much worse condition and charged a high price for it. The room was so bad that we didn't even use it, yet we still had to pay the full amount. To make matters worse, the toilet flush in that room was broken as well. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
