House has four bedrooms which was enough for us.

− This house only has AC system in the hall ways , so unfortunately we had to use fan inside the rooms which was very hot during summer. We also seen lots of cockroaches in the kitchen and basement so we had to wash everything every single time before use.

Понравилось всё! Большой дом, у каждого по своей спальне было. На кухне много посуды абсолютно для всего. Гриля даже две штуки. Кофеварок тоже две: капсульная и капельная. Внизу в подвале стиралка и сушка фирмы Bosch. Остальная техника преимущественно Beko. Хозяева всегда были на связи, на все вопросы отвечали оперативно. Расположение не улучшишь, оно какое есть. Но нам нормально было. До Балата 1 км. До мечетей одна поездка на трамвае/автобусе, до других районов с одной пересадкой можно добраться без проблем. Так как район не туристический, магазинов и кафешек прямо рядом нет нормальных. За этим всем надо в Балат идти. Но выбирая это жильё, вы с этим соглашаетесь априори.

− Для себя выделю ровно два нюанса. Почти во всех комнатах достаточно тусклый свет, привык к более яркому освещению. И хорошая слышимость с улицы. Различный ор, разговоры и езда машин отчётливо слышно. Я сплю крепко и меня это не сильно беспокоило, а вот у друзей более чуткий сон и им бывало некомфортно. В целом, все плюсы легко перевешивают все минусы. Рад, что выбрали это жильё. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Es war sehr râumlich, warm und zentral

− Es war nicht sauber genug… der boden war dreckig als hâtte man garnicht den boden gewischt und in einem schrank wurde garnicht sauber gemacht wo man benutze pflaster sehen konnte

A bargain worth every penny

The place is huge and it's definitely a bargain for the price you pay. It's located near a bus and tram station so well connected to the rest of the city. Also not far from the apartment there are good restaurants and cafes. The place is definitely a good choice for a group of people looking to spend some days together in Istanbul, I recommend it. Very easy check-in and check-out. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, bedrooms are quite big and beds are comfortable (if you like firm mattresses).

− The water coming from the showers is not very warm and on top floor it has low pressure.

Très belle maison, quartier moins sympa

La maison est grande, bien équipée, vraiment confortable pour y rester en famille. Elle se trouve à 5 min à pied du tram ce qui est vraiment pratique.

− Le quartier n'est pas ouahou, il fait un peu banlieue... On entendait absolument tous les bruits à l'intérieur de la maison, ce que n'est que du simple vitrage.
