3.0The front check-in and bell staff were very friendly.
− The rooms were not cleaned very well at all. Hairs belonging to other previous guests will still visible on the bathroom counter and floor. The Bedside table was dirty with brown coffee (?) stains all along the side. The bathtub was also not cleaned very well. Each day, cleaning service only consisted of fresh towels and the bed being made. No vacauuming or cleaning of the floors or countertops. And the Windows were so thin. The noise level in the evening was ridiculous. You could even hear loud conversations from the street. Windows are not insulated at all, and it’s impossible to get a good night’s rest.
