8.0It was clean and has a good location near to city centre
− The staff strictly handled all the administrative matters. They deducted money from my security deposit for replacing the carpet, even though nothing had happened to it and there was no damage. Another downside was that the apartments were very close to each other, so you could easily hear noise from the neighboring units, which affected the overall comfort.
