10.0Lokalizacja super (blisko do przystanku Celestia, sklepików spożywczych). Spokojna, zaciszna okolica. Blisko do Pl. Św. Marka. Budynek i klatka schodowa nie zachęca, ale apartament bardzo ładny, utrzymany w starym stylu, ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Składa się jakby z dwóch połączonych mieszkań, co daje swobodę rodzinie z większymi dziećmi, lub znajomym. Wewnętrzny ogród daje możliwość zjedzenia posiłków przy dużym stole. Niestety trawa i ścianka zieleni szuczna, ale w Wenecji zieleni jest mało, Trawnik sztuczny, ale mięciutki, strarannie wymyty na nasz przyjazd.
