I like it was clean, but it smelt like somebody smoking weed before we got there, we had to open up the windows

− Trash, lots of trash was left on the property. It do not look like the picture on the website. The couch covers need to be changed out.

The only good thing was the host was responsive to allllll the issues and refunded me. This house is not suitable.

− The pictures of the home are incorrect. The entire house was dirty!! Dirty rugs, dirty sheets and pillow cases, dirty sofa with stains, dead roach on the counter, dirty rancid smelling laundry left in the washing machine unwashed, dryer full of towels and sheets that I dont think had any detergent, towels dingy and dirty, wall in the kitchen all scraped up , no remote control for downstairs bedroom , mattresses very filty...like blood and urine stains, pillows also filty...upstairs step has a piece of wood that could make you fall, downstairs bedroom window cracked from a ball, house smelled like smoke, smoke detector found on the counter and disconnected with wires hanging out, old furniture with broken drawers, and the neighborhood Im sure is the hood. Sketchy at best...McDonald's 3 min from the house had bars on the windows!! Until this hosts fixes this home I would not recommend at all!!

− We booked this property as a family holiday for a two-night stay. After a long journey, we were extremely disappointed to find the house in an unacceptable condition: the whole place was dusty, with visible fingerprints on surfaces, a strong smell of cannabis with discarded packaging left behind, stained pillows, an overflowing bin scattered across the front garden, and even a broken ground-floor window. As a family with children, we found the property unsafe, unhygienic, and entirely misrepresented compared to its listing. We immediately reported the issues to Booking.com and the managing agency, providing photographs as evidence, and left the property straight away. Despite this, nobody has responded to us, no refund has been offered, and our complaints have been ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, and we will be pursuing the matter further with Booking.com, given that the property was advertised on their platform. We strongly advise others to avoid this place.
