Basic stay in Barcelona, well located but the apartment needs love and attention - please update it!
4.0The hosts were really responsive and helpful, and made sure that we had what we needed. The beds were really comfy as well. The apartment is well located too.
− We were a bit surprised at how different the property looked in person, it was a bit disappointing to be honest. When we arrived there was a handyman who needed to do some work as we got into the apartment so that was a bit odd. Please pay attention that there is no AC throughout the whole apartment, only in the living room and then fans in the bedrooms themselves. The terrace advertised looked a bit tired too, not really welcoming and there was some trash to clean up. Also the additional fees that were sent to us at the end re city tax was a surprise, generally this place is very expensive and does not live up to how it is advertised but the hosts are very nice! Also the third bedroom isn't how it is advertised, there is a window facing a dark courtyard bit outside.

− Die Ausstattung hat uns nicht so sehr gefallen, da die Betten sehr weich und die Stühle wacklig waren und so instabil wirkten. Dazu fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten wie Salz und Pfeffer.

− Missing sponges and trash bags in the kitchen Too expensive fee for cleaning - we stayed only 2 nights and pay 112€ for cleaning (surprising for me ) We had problem with water, but everything was solved fast

9.0Nice apartment located in a good neighborhood for visiting the main attraction of Barcelona. Staff sent us thoroughly all information needed for our late check in. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all needed amenities.
