Dirty. Careless staff. Bad customer service. Negligent cleaning staff.
1.0− Easily the worst managed stay I’ve been to. As soon as I walked in, there was a foul odor. It seemed to be coming from the couch or carpet. This rug itself was was a hazard as it was completely flipped over and permanently, bent this way. Then I noticed the bathroom sink was not fully cleaned and had old toothpaste or some weird residue. The mirror had a makeup stain that the cleaning staff also failed to clean. I immediately notified the management and they said they will notify staff. The following day they said there is nobody available. Water filter had a warning light since it wasn’t replaced prior. I requested to speak with the owner, although they provided late checkout, no one has reached out as promised. Worst customer service and cleaning staff.
Great stay in Design District
8.0The location is excellent, walk distance to design district shops and restaurants, very close to downtown by car and a 10/15 min drive to the beach. The apartment is spacious with washing machine, dryer, kitchen, very good WiFi and all the things you need. The swimming pool, club house and gym are really good. Free parking is a great plus.
− This could easily be a 10/10 property if some small but important improvements were made: dishwasher didn’t work, shower leaking, door windows not closing well, hairdryer not working, and the bunk bed is very creaky. It took us some time to figure out how the door code worked, the customer service agents are polite and willing to help but they are not on site making it difficult to get real time support.
