− The rooms are not equipped for summer weather the room was 33.9 degrees with nothing to regulate the temperature and the shower was dirty and kept clogging up in the tray.

− The remote access. We managed to lock the external door through keypad error, and had to phone for help. But then we are oldies and find these things stressful!
