10.0Todo muy bien, un lugar genial para hospedarse unos días en Madrid, cerca del metro, de supermercados y bastantes sitios para comer por la zona, en general, muy buen apartamento, ha superado nuestras expectativas, muchas gracias por todo, lo hemos pasado genial.

10.0LA UBICACION ES BUENA Y TIENE A POCOS MINUTOS CAMINANDO UN BOCA DE METRO (EL CARMEN LINEA 5) LA CUAL TE PONE EN EL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD EN POCOS MINUTOS. ESTA CERCA TAMBIEN DEL METROPOLITANO COGIENDO LA MISMA LINEA Y DESPUES LA LINEA 7.

For a short stay it‘s totally fine
7.0The apartment is bright and nicely furnished in a modern style. It is located close to two train stations, which is very convenient. The apartment faces a quiet street. A big plus is the two bathrooms. An earlier check-in was possible.
− Unfortunately, there were also a few aspects that were not ideal. Cleanliness: Hair on the mattresses, dirty glasses, damp bathrooms and walls. Door issues: At first, a handyman came and fixed the door, which was great, and we were able to check in an hour earlier. However, the lock did not always work reliably afterwards. From that point on, the host was not very helpful and did not respond reliably to messages. I assume the lock was repaired again after our stay, but we did not receive any information about this. Layout: The sofa bed is in the same room as the kitchen, and the two single beds are located behind a small dormer in the same room. This is visible in the photos. The other room, however, has a private and very nice double bed.
