Very disappointing!

− It was not comfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. We had to walk 10 minutes up the road to collect toilet roll and clean towels after being told we don’t normally provide them because it’s an apartment. It was not an apartment. It was a very tiny room. We came all the way from Australia with 2 suitcases, 2 bags. There was no room to put our luggage anywhere so we were constantly falling over stuff on the floor. The customer service was not good. Staff were very dismissive. There are better places in London to stay.

− Bed side table too small but just enough. Shower head has water leaking before the sprayer, not an issue just thought you should know 1st night could hear upstairs walking around all night

Pleasant stay but a tad disappointing as it was not an apartment but in a building with apartments…
7.0Great location, super close to Pimlico station, super clean and newly decorated room and bathrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception desk in the main hotel. My room was at the back of the property and super quiet.
− Be aware that it is called “Apartments” but I was put in an en suite room only; in a block of apartments. This is totally misleading. Having to trail with luggage to the main hotel in another street 10 minutes away to get the keys is a bit of a pain and should be mentioned prior to booking/paying. You really couldn’t swing a cat in the room, I am 5’9 and my feet were sticking out of the bed. The room being so small meant I struggled with my suitcase when I needed to open it.
