1.0Size, enough beds and space for 8-9 people comfortably
− Not enough bath towels or blankets for the 8 people we booked and paid for. No hand soap in one bathroom. Listing states laundry and cleaning services are included however we did not get our trash emptied or beds refreshed. We had to ask multiple times for clean towels and still were only left 5 bath towels for 8 people for 2 days. When they said they would bring more, they did not. There is a washer/dryer in unit however the dryer did not work and when we advised the office we were told those services were not included even though it says in the listing and welcome email, that they are. Front gate is broken, does not close or lock leaving it open to anyone walking in this sketchy neighborhood. Building reeks of weed as soon as you walk in. We saw huge rats outside by the front gates while waiting for our DoorDash. Hot tub was taped off with caution tape. Outlets in bedrooms did not work. No WiFi connection on second floor, room 5.
Did not stay due to unsafe lodging

− When we arrived our door was unlocked.come to find out the lock was broke. We called the number to let them know it was unsafe for us to say due to the door not locking they hung up on me multiple times and refused to refund our money for the unsafe stay. We DID not stay here due to this reason and had to get a hotel so our family was safe. The area of the property is not a good neighborhood.
