8.0الفندق هادئ وفي منطقة حيوية الطاقم متعاون ولكن يفتقد للإبتسامة
− تطفأ الكهرباء كثيراً لبضع دقائق نصحونا بزيارة حمام تركي حسب البروشور الورقي الموجود في الريسبشن وسعره كان غالي فتفاجأنا بمستوى دون المستوى الموجود في البروشور والصور غير المعروضة ومستوى نظافة متدني وعمالة فلبينية وليس اتراك .. فنصيحتي لاتجرب وتخسر اموال على خدمة متدنية .

10.0− Рассмотрите пожалуйста ассортимент завтрака,очень нравится Ваш отель и не в первый раз у Вас останавливаюсь,но на завтрак очень хотелось бы,чтоб был омлет,вареное яйцо, кисло-молочные продукты.
