Localisation excellente qui est très bien desservie en métro. Le quartier est calme et reposant. La chambre dispose d’une smart tv qui permet de se ressourcer tranquillement à la maison. Le lit est très confortable et la salle de bains partagée est très bien entretenue.

Stanza pulita, letto molto confortevole e ampio. Cucina e bagno ottimamente attrezzati. Comoda ai mezzi. L' edificio e le vicinanze non hanno molto appeal, ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi o fatto brutti incontri, nemmeno rientrando tardi dopo mezzanotte.

To be honest Out of overall visit to our nyc the best experience i felt is staying at this location.

The place is exactly same whatever is shown in pictures-everything is same & real, no faking. Room & other shared area decoration were looking so good, cleaned, & hygiene. All the necessary and beyond items were available all the time & provided. Even the security/door locks were good. Didn’t expect there will be kitchen area where snacks & fruits will be provided, got more impressed when i saw espresso machine. Best place & decision to stay here.

− Just that the area where the property is located feels like scary & unsafe at night time. Luckily no bad incident occurred during our stay. And last thing the washroom is shared between 4 rooms i.e. between around 7-8 people. That is a long wait time, you have to be alert & keep checking the washroom to be free and that’s overall makes the morning late. But everything else all good & excellent.

The owner is trying really hard but we expected something else for the money.

The owner is very kind and helpful. He always answered within a few minutes and tried to solve every problem we had. He even offered complimentary snacks and coffee and his bathroom was filled with everything you could dream of. He allowed us to keep our baggage in the apartment after check out till the afternoon

− The apartment and the building are pretty old. The owner tried to make it seem modern and new but it ended up looking a bit like a no-tell motel. We smelled gas in the kitchen. The owner told us that there is no gas in the apartment anymore so maybe there was a leak in the neighbouring apartment but it was pretty intense. It was quite unpleasant that we had to wait for the bathroom sometimes because there is just one for 4 apartments. The streets seem very dangerous especially for tourists, it's very close to Bronx. Definitely not recommended for girls who travel alone. We didn't feel safe even inside the apartment. The owner was literally watching us through cameras and he gave himself away when he referred to us as "girls" even though he had no idea who I was staying with when the booking confirmation did not require the second guest's personal information. We really hope, it was just the cameras in the common spaces. To top it all off, we found a cockroach in our bedroom.
