10.0The apartment is on the ground floor, immediately to the left as you enter, making it an ideal choice if you're traveling with heavy or multiple suitcases. The apartment is much nicer than it appears in the photos and considerably more spacious. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a complete kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals. The sofa is very comfortable and can easily accommodate someone for sleeping. The TV is large, and the bed is comfortable, with a spring mattress. The only small downside is that there is just one duvet. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully lit. I also recommend trying the Persian restaurant just a minute walk from the apartment. It offers a wide variety of dishes and has a wonderful atmosphere and décor. If you have some time, be sure to visit St John the Baptist Church on Holland Road, just a few minutes away. It is genuinely one of the most beautiful churches in London. About an 8–10 minute walk away, opposite Shepherd's Bush Underground Station (Central Line), you'll find a Lidl, a pharmacy, and several other shops where you can buy anything you might need. From Shepherd's Bush, it's about a 25-minute journey by Central Line to central London.
− The apartment is located directly on the main road, which has traffic 24 hours a day. During the night, traffic is noticeably lighter. The noise is not excessive—and of course, this is not something the hosts are responsible for—but it is worth being aware that some traffic noise is present.

9.0Very good location between Holland Park and Kensington Olympia. Also despite it being a heatwave the studio stayed reasonably cool (wooden shutters help) without A/C. Perfect for my needs
