7.0Ich fande gut das es eine Waschmaschine gab. Zudem gab es auch noch Waschmittel. Der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich groß, was zum Vorteil war. Was auch sehr gut war, das so Standart Gewürze vorhanden sind. Es war auch gut das die diversen Mülltonnen im Innenhof standen und man nicht suchen musste. Sehr gut fande ich das eine Person immer erreichbar war, wenn was ist, oder bei Fragen.
− Das der Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach hatte. Die Fußboden Dielen haben geknarrt.

− Küchenutensilien waren teils nicht sauber(Teller, Gläser und der Toaster hat nicht gut ausgesehen) Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig, hört den Nachbarn umherlaufen morgens um 2 uhr und musik bis spät morgens

5.0There was ample room for the 4 of us. It was close to public transport stops. One fan provided was nice.
− The apartment was not super clean upon entry. The floors were very dusty but the bedding was clean. There was also a horrible urine smell in the stairwell so the minute you walk through the garbage can area courtyard and enter the stairwell to the urine smell it makes you sick. These stairs are also not suitable for someone in poor shape or with bad knees. I didn’t recall reading about the 4 full flights of stairs. Not sure I would recommend this apartment for older individuals since the tub/shower is elevated off the ground and makes for a precarious situation stepping out of the shower.
