Overall, very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The place is clean and location great to explore other parts of the city. Well kept apartments, that's for sure. Convenient for a longer stay, as you may even prepare your meals, feel more like home. My visit was rather short, so I did not use it to the max. Would consider booking it again if possible.

− Perhaps if it is crucial for you to have a hairdryer on site, please double check whether it's actually there. Mine wasn't. AC would be great during hot summer, but that's not common there, so maybe just nice to have.

− Doors are fixed so you cannot keep them open and keep slamming shut, pillows were uncomfortable. Extractor fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Could provide extra towels.

− Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist wirklich enttäuschend! Es hat zwar eine Bratpfanne, ein paar Teller und auch Koch-/Schöpflöffel aber kein Besteck? Man kann also kochen, aber das gekochte nur von Hand essen?? Macht keinen Sinn. Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war nicht existent, ich musste meine Haare im Waschbecken in der Küche waschen. In der Dusche kommt aber ohnehin nur Wasser aus dem kleinem Schlauch, da die Regendusche komplett verkalkt ist. Am letzten Morgen hatten wir gar kein fliessend Wasser mehr und beim Anruf der Hotline wurden weder Mitgefühl gezeigt noch Lösungsvorschläge unterbreitet. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend!

− This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had, especially considering how expensive this property is. From the moment I arrived, the elevator was out of service. As a solo traveler, I had to carry heavy suitcases up 4-5 flights of stairs entirely by myself. The elevator remained broken for days, causing a huge inconvenience throughout my stay. The worst part, however, was the horrific noise coming from the elevator machinery right outside my apartment. The noise was constant, loud, repetitive, and impossible to ignore. It severely disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to work, relax, or even think clearly. After long days at the office, I returned to an apartment where I could not properly rest. The situation became so stressful that I was genuinely distressed and in tears trying to get help. To make matters worse, the building entrance lock malfunctioned during my stay, leaving me locked outside the property with a nearly dead phone battery and no charger. It was an incredibly stressful situation that should never happen at a property charging premium London rates. The apartment itself also had maintenance and usability issues. The bathroom sink would not drain properly unless something was used to hold the stopper in a certain position. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, and cooking supplies, yet somehow there were virtually no proper eating utensils. I literally had to eat ramen using a soup ladle and a knife because basic cutlery was missing. What was most disappointing was the response from management. Despite repeated complaints, messages, phone calls, and emails, there was little urgency shown. While I was told engineers were working on the elevator, no meaningful compensation or refund was offered for the significant disruption to my stay. For the price charged, I expected a professional, well-maintained property.
