10.0Appartement cosy, charmant, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados. Très bien situé. A côté de bars, restos, boutiques, arrêt de vaporetto. Hôtes très réactifs. Tout était absolument parfait.

10.0Ubicación perfecta para poder ir andando desde la estación de tren y a las principales zonas de interés de Venecia pero sin el agobio de estar en pleno centro. Personal estupendo, desde la recepcion hasta la despedida. Piso muy completo, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia super agradable. Todo muy limpio.

10.0L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla fermata del vaporetto S. Stae, vicino ad un supermercato, a pizzerie, bar e ristoranti. È silenzioso, pulito e ben organizzato. I letti sono comodi. Gli host sono molto gentili e disponibili. È stata una bella vacanza

− la sera a volte si sente cattivi odori provenienti dal canale vicino ma è normale . Non mangiate panini o quant'altro per strada si corre il rischio di essere assaliti dai gabbiani
