1.0− arbio am Anreisetag fast durchgehend nicht erreichbar. Reserviertes (und bezahltes) zweites Bett im Wohnzimmer nicht vorbereitet, keinerlei zusätzliche Bettwäsche in der Wohnung vorhanden. Laut Hotline nach 14 Uhr (!) kein Service mehr vorhanden, deshalb könne Bettwäsche nicht gebracht werden. Kein Lösungsvorschlag, kein Rückruf trotz Zusage. Am Ende hat mein Partner andernorts übernachten müssen. Bis heute keine Antwort auf Beschwerdemail, keine Rückerstattung der zu viel bezahlten Summe.

8.0Großes Apartement mit Schlafraum und extra Wohnraum. Eine kleine Küchenzeile ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten vom S-Bahn Ring entfernt und auch nicht weit weg vom Kiez Friedrichshsin.
− Leider kein Ofen, keine Mikrowelle und kein Wasserkocher.

4.0Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super, auch in der Küche hat alles gut geklappt 👍
− Das Internet funktionierte nicht, auf öftere Nachfragen kam keine wirkliche Hilfe. Bis zur Abreise ging nichts, es kam noch nicht mal jemand vorbei um sich die Kabeldose an zusehen (siehe Fotos).
