We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.
9.0Valentina was a wonderful host who provided clear directions before our arrival, making the apartment very easy to find, along with plenty of useful recommendations for restaurants, activities, and getting around the city. She was also very responsive whenever we contacted her.
− There were a couple of maintenance issues that could have been handled better. Having only one remote control for the three air-conditioning units was inconvenient. More importantly, when I reported that one of the AC units was not working properly, the issue was unfortunately not addressed. During a heat wave, I believe concerns like this should be taken seriously. With a little more attention to guests' concerns, this would easily be a 10/10 property.

10.0Appartamento molto accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio, angolo cottura fornito di tutto il necessario, posizione della struttura eccezionale, direttamente in centro storico, con ristoranti e bar a pochi passi. Zona tranquilla e molto autentica. Staff sempre disponibile telefonicamente o via chat. Sicuramente da consigliare!

Dorsoduro: perto de tudo em Veneza! Sentindo como viver tal qual um veneziano.
10.0Localização muito boa no Dorsoduro, em Veneza! Perto de restaurantes! Dá para fazer tudo a pé, inclusive ir e voltar da estação de trem. A Praça São Marco fica um pouco mais distante, mas dá para ir a pé. Tem mercado próximo. Os quartos são bons e confortáveis. O banheiro é excelente. Atende bem uma família de 4 pessoas. A calefação do banheiro é boa. Os anfitriões Valentina e Alberto são excepcionais e disponibilizam um guia com sugestões de atividades e restaurantes em todos os bairros de Veneza.
− A área de sala e cozinha é um pouco apertada. A reserva de água quente é pouca para 4 banhos seguidos. A calefação é feita pelos ar condicionados aquecedores e não é das mais eficazes, então o apartamento fica bastante frio. A máquina de lavar roupas não é secadora, mas tem varal para secar a roupa no calor da calefação do banheiro.
