Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w spokojnej dzielnicy Cannaregio. Dość blisko do dworca i centrum. Ogromnym plusem jest patio, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie na powietrzu, usiąść z kawą czy odpocząć wieczorem. Teraz nie wyobrażam sobie pobytu bez takiej przestrzeni na zewnątrz. Wygodne jest też to, że w mieszkaniu są 2 łazienki. W sypialni i salonie jest klimatyzacja, która nas ratowała. Bardzo miłe było też udostępnienie środków przeciw komarom, włączanych do kontaktu.

− Właściwie jedynym problemem było to, że w obu łazienkach nie działały słuchawki prysznicowe - zepsute były przełączniki i można było używać tylko deszczownic. Dla nas przy codziennym myciu długich włosów, było to uciążliwe, ale do wytrzymania.

Great location, a cozy courtyard between the rooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of great little restaurants nearby

− It feels like the front door could be opened with a fingernail, but the door to the second room is locked, which gives me some peace of mind that my belongings are safe

I travel am an avid traveler & fairly easy to please but this stay was very disappointing

The location was perfect

− The place is in serious need of a dehumidifier. It smelled & sheets/pillowcases/pillows & comforter were damp, even wet, throughout our stay. Clothes that were washed in the washing machine the 2nd night of our stay simply would not dry remaining wet for multiple days ( had to use the iron & hair dryer to dry them on our 4th night)… something the host absolutely should have warned us about. One night it rained heavily & water seeped into the kitchen & one of the bathrooms getting some of our items wet… again, something the host should have warned us about. The description lists the apartment as having a tv but there was never any service. And finally, communication w/the host was poor. I had had a lot of trouble navigating the website to request exemption from the daily fee & as a result reached out for guidance but was ignored. When I had a question about the washing machine it took the host almost 24 hours to respond. Completely unacceptable

They refunded a major part of the second night.

− This place is a scam that ruined our stay in beautiful Venice. Made me stress and cry and look for an emergency option. Only two people can realistically stay there, because after arriving we discovered that the “bed” is completely broken — it’s not even a real bed, but a sofa with a collapsed middle where even a small person sinks in and cannot sleep. Because of this, I had to spend the first night elsewhere, and from the second night my parents and I had to leave completely because it was impossible to stay there as three people. Actually, the other place was way nicer and cheaper! On top of that, the walls were disgusting, damp, damaged, and smelled strongly of moisture and mold. The buildings are separated by a patio, and one part cannot be locked from the inside at all, which also made me feel unsafe in case someone entered through the patio. For this reason, I could not spend another night there. Also its like a janitorial room at the entry of the building, under the stairs. The pictures strongly misrepresent what it is. Overall, it is misleading and dishonest to advertise this place for three guests — at most it is suitable for two. I invite the owner to spend the night at that „bed” that they offer! Out of several hundred bookings here, I had to evacuate for the first time.
