Great apartment and location, with room for improvement in communication and guest privacy during maintenance visits.
7.0Excellent location in the heart of Marylebone, within walking distance of many attractions and public transport. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for our family. The self check-in process was straightforward, and once reported, the noisy portable AC unit was replaced promptly.
− One portable AC unit was extremely noisy on arrival and required replacement. More importantly, the maintenance team entered the apartment while we were away without confirming the visit with us beforehand. Although the host later acknowledged the concern and apologized, clearer communication and guest confirmation before accessing an occupied apartment would have made the experience much better.

− No pressure in the water , not clean, water taste as if it has been piped through the heating system , carpet worn out and ridged by front door
