2.0Heated Pool
− Owner said we the guest broke stuff. Nothing was broken. Owner said we ruined towels. We showered and used the pools. How did we steal soap if the liquid soap dispenses from the wall? How did a couch get ruined? We barely sat in the living room due to the temperature of the house. We spent most of the time by the pool. This is the Message that was used to keep our deposit…. “ Hi Skinlay, your $400.00 security deposit has been processed. $400.00 was retained, and the remaining amount has been returned to your account. Details: Guest broke into owner's closet after ruining towels and bedding with blood and other substances. Lock and door are damaged, and several towels and king quilts are ruined. A rug and a couch have to be professionally cleaned. Laundry soap and other supplies stolen. Marijuana smell throughout the house required extra cleaning.
