9.0Location — close to the sea, park, shops and bus stops. Air conditioning in every room and a clothes drying rack were a plus.
− Noise from the highway. The wardrobe mirror was broken. The lack of a shower curtain was inconvenient, as water splashed everywhere and we had to clean the floor and toilet seat after each shower.
