10.0Charming setting in a lovely garden with an excellent restaurant. The hotel portion is set in a historic, well-designed converted barn with very comfortable beds, good showers, and easy access to local transit. The metro is five minutes away and convenient. The hotel borders on a canal so the walk to and from is pleasant and scenic. The staff are helpful and accessible. The restaurant is a huge plus--it's very popular so book on the weekends for lunch and dinner.
− Be aware of how busy the restaurant is on the weekend so book ahead. There were no noise issues at all, however, despite the happy families and gatherings. And the food is very good.

8.0Close to metro stations (about a 5-10 min walk). There is a restaurant/bar on site for lunch and dinner. Staff is lovely and property is gorgeous!
− We were a family of 4 adults traveling and it was a bit tight. The bathroom is in the “basement” and the lighting for make up isn’t great and there are no plugs for doing your hair (blow dry or other heated tools). Made getting ready a bit of a challenge.
