Wat een verzorgt, schoon en echt ruim appartement!

Locatie was goed en appartement was fantastisch.

− Sleutel in ontvangst nemen ging niet volgens plan. Deur openen, code icm digitaal toegang via de app werkte niet. Contact opgenomen met de verhuurder, toegang gekregen tot een kluisje waar sleutel in zat. Het is dus goed gekomen!

Great apartment and location, but noisy, poor access system, and frustrating host miscommunication

Overall, the apartment was great! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is also fantastic.

− The big minus is the very thin walls—you can hear neighbors saying "Guten Morgen" in the mornings, and in the evenings it's stressful to talk with friends, as you're warned about losing a €400 deposit if you're too loud. Another issue is the entry system. Remote code for the stairwell worked and apartment didn't work from day one. Luckily, there was a key in the keybox. Since the apartment is on the ground floor facing the street and local bars, street noise is noticeable. Also, the bedrooms have no daytime curtains, so everything inside is visible from the street. There was major miscommunication: phone said one thing, Booking chat another. Check-in was 2 hours late; a refund was offered by phone but denied later. After disputes, we agreed on a late checkout, which Booking also challenged, but they finally allowed it after we insisted.

Le quartier, le confort de l’appartement, la gentillesse de l’hote malgré son manque de réactivité à l'arrivée

− Le coffre à clés ne marchait pas et l'hôte n’était pas joignable à l'arrivée (le telephone indique n’etait pas attribue). Mes parents (80 et 83 ans) ont du attendre 2heures avant de trouver une solution, sans assurance d’avoir un logement pour le soir. Les voisins ont dit que la situation se reproduisait très souvent. La wifi est très mauvaise et ne marche qu’a certaine endroit de l’appartement

heel ruim appartement, mooie inrichting, fijne locatie om Berlijn te zien

− Communicatie met de host was echt verschrikkelijk. Ze hebben de hulp geoutsourced naar volgens mij een land buiten europa en die hulp was echt abominabel slecht. De deurcode werkte niet bij binnenkomst en we hebben twee keer moeten bellen en vijf verschillende codes gekregen om uiteindelijke het kluisje open te kunnen maken. Er war beloftes van terugbellen en er werd een app gestart maar vervolgens bleef het stil. De dag dat we ons hadden buitengesloten (code werkte nog steeds niet, de ene sleutel die we hadden lag nog binnen) werd er gedreigd met dat wij een slotenmaker moesten regelen. Er werd nooit teruggebeld, ik kreeg telkens andere mensen aan de lijn en we zijn de hele middag in de buurt van het apt moeten blijven. Het was echt verschrikkelijk. Ik zou mijn vrienden vanwege deze slechte communicatie dit appartement echt niet aanraden.

Great location and comfortable stay!

The apartment was spacious and pretty quiet. Blackout blinds were great to have and we used each night. Kitchen had good supplies. Location was super to grocery, shops and restaurants as well as transit.

− The only issue we had was getting in and needed to call the property manager to come let us in. The code did not work and we had to turn on our WiFi service to access the apt. Would have been good to let visitors know in advance Wi-Fi is needed.

Comfortable and well located!

The location is really great! With a supermarket right at the door open until late, plenty of public transport, and just 12 minutes away from the Alexanderplatz square (20 mins walking). The kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster, dishwasher, functional laundry machine, and an iron. The house is spacious, with enough room for all 6 people (giant sofa bed). The bathrooms have good showers with great pressure and temperature.

− We had a setback, and the door system that opened with a digital code to enter the property without keys broke on the day we checked in. However, the owner was very quick the next day in giving us the keys, and we considered it a one-off situation. The individual duvets were a bit short in size (for taller people, it's a bit uncomfortable). The checkout time is very early at 10 AM, and we didn't have the option for a later checkout, which is always a downside for those on vacation.
