4.0I’d like to share a few points of feedback: 1. Check-in Process: The check-in experience was not ideal. 2. App Issues for International Travelers: The application only supports American numbers, which is inconvenient for international travelers with non-U.S. SIM cards. 3. AC Issues: The air conditioning made a loud noise and turned off three times during the night, requiring me to manually turn it back on. 4. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day, and there was no replacement provided. This was a significant inconvenience.
− Insurance Policy: The $500 insurance charge was not mentioned anywhere in the Booking.com application prior to completing the booking. Learning about it only after paying was frustrating, especially since there was no option to cancel at that stage.
