− Die Straße war viel zu laut. Die Lage ist gut, aber es war zu laut
Clean, well appointed apartment with prime location!
8.0Location cannot be beaten! The subway station can be seen directly out the window of the apartment. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shop, and supermarket within 5 minutes walking. Extremely easy check in and the property was very clean. It did get noisy at times due to city traffic, but you have to accept that if you want the prime location!
− Door to the portion of the bathroom with the sink does not seem to be properly mounted. The door would rest at the halfway position which is problematic for an already tight space, and it did not line up with the latch so it couldn’t be closed. The shower is no bigger than a telephone booth. Minor inconvenience, but that’s city life. In summer months the property was very hot at night, made worse that the mattress is memory foam that barely breathes. If you sleep hot you won’t have a good time.

A wonderful place and wonderful people running it.
10.0Everything was perfect! Great location and top-notch customer service. The patient lady answered all my questions. Small packets of jellies on the cushions are the sweetest surprise. You can feel like a true Berliner in this flat, which is fantastically decorated, high-ceilinged and very spacious. I am incredibly grateful! I recommend it to everyone.

8.0The location is fantastic it you want to do all the tourist attractions. Great cafe right next door for breakfast and some nice bars and restaurants nearby.
− No lounge area to unwind at the end of the day. The blackout blinds didn’t fit the windows. There is traffic noise but this was only to be expected in a city.
Gemütlich und unkompliziert, bestimmt super für längere Aufenthalte!
10.0Leicht erreichbar, unkomplizierte, rasche und vor allem freundliche Kommunikation sowie Anweisungen. Betten waren super komfortabel, Unterkunft war super sauber - hier ist nichts auszusetzen.
− Das einzige was im negativen zu bemerken wäre sind die Fenster, da diese etwas kalte Luft hinein ziehen und etwas Lautstärke von außen zu hören ist. Die dicken Samtvorhänge blockieren dies jedoch, sowie auch die Heizungen welche sehr schnell die Räumlichkeiten aufwärmen.
