Only location

− The air conditioner in the property is out of order. We followed the instructions of the staff to set it as 25c. Unfortunately, the rooms were 29-32 c all nights. We seek help from the staff and only got a reply for apology. But nothing changed. We stayed for two nights with sweat. As we couldn’t sleep well, the holiday in Venice were ruined

Great location and spacious apartment, but the AC needs improvement.

Excellent area, very easy to find, and just a short walk from Piazzale Roma. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of places nearby to eat and have a drink. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious.

− The AC unit in the entryway was not cooling down the air, only the fan function was working. Also, the portable AC unit was missing the hose/pipe to exhaust the hot air outside. Having only one small AC unit working wasn't enough for the heat and humidity we experienced, especially at bedtime. Personally, I found the mattresses to be too soft and the pillows too hard and high, which wasn't a great combination for a good night's sleep. Lastly, it would be nice if they could add a shelf or holder in the shower to place the shampoo and soap

Gute Lage, in der Nähe gleich ein Spar und gute Restaurants. Schlafzimmer selbst sauber, Heizung hat gut funktioniert- wichtig zum Trocknen der Handtücher Appartement geräumig , Müll wird nach Trennung und vor Türe stellen - Info in Appartement - beinahe täglich entsorgt

− Tür ist digital mit Handy zu öffnen, gut wenn man zu dritt ist - eine WLan Verbindung fällt immer aus. Appartement stickig, lässt sich aber gut lüften wenngleich im Erdgeschoss man auf Augenhöhe zu den Passanten ist. Küche nicht besonders gut ausgestattet und auch nur mäßig sauber. Furnier der Möbel z.t abgeblättert, Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer wurde von uns nicht benutzt, Fensterbretter dort schmutzig, dadurch Lüften schwierig, dann stickig. 2 Klimaanlagen- im Vorraum und Wohnzimmer, konnten wir nicht einschalten. ( Aber bei uns zum Glück nicht notwendig) Im Bett nur ein gemeinsames Leintuch, eine Decke mit Überzug im Kasten- frisch? Im 2. Schlafzimmer diese auch noch im Kastenbereich privado.

Die Wohnung ist gross und eignet sich hervorragend für eine Familie oder mehrere Paare.

Hervorragende Lage. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bequeme Betten und Kissen.

− Die Wohnung benötigt etwas Pflege und kleinere Reparaturen. Die Duschkabine muss renoviert werden. Der Handtuchtrockner war verschmutzt. Es gab zu wenig Toilettenpapier. Die Waschmaschine ist in der Beschreibung der Wohnung angegeben, befindet sich jedoch in einem separaten Raum mit der Aufschrift „Privat“, auf der und daneben stehen Reinigungsmittel, ein Staubsauger usw. Es sieht nicht so aus, als könnten Gäste die Waschmaschine benutzen.
