− The service was very bad as our accomodation was cancelled literally 2=3 hours before we have to leave to London. Prior notice would have been appreciated as this caused a lot of panic for us having to rush and grab just any other available accomodation.

1.0− Deze eigenaar is een oplichter!!! Toen wij aankwamen konden we hem niet bereiken. Uiteindelijk stuurde hij een bericht dat we te laat waren met inchecken en vervolgens was hij niet bereikbaar. Wij hebben toen een ander hotel moeten regelen. Tot op heden geen contact met de eigenaar gehad en dus ook geen oplossing kunnen bespreken

− They give number that didn’t work… and Booking keeps sending messages to contact SAME UN POSSIBLE NUMBER… BOOKING SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION THAT DOSENT WORKS… especially since this information cannot be verified before payment has been done… I will be fighting this case until those criminals will be putting out… or full refund will be made…

1.0Die Lage und das W-LAN
− „Die uns als Ersatz angebotene Wohnung war in einem völlig verschmutzten und unhygienischen Zustand. Eine Duschtüre fehlte und stand unsachgemäß im Abstellraum. Nach Reklamation wurde der Schmutz nicht beseitigt, sondern nur verschmiert. Zudem wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter unter Druck gesetzt, eine WhatsApp-Nachricht zu schreiben, dass ‚alles in Ordnung sei‘ – was wir als sehr unangenehm und unprofessionell empfunden haben. Unterkunft war für uns unbewohnbar, mussten selbst putzen.

− shower door had broken, waste disposal didnt work and needed guides on using the oven etc. Also a extra rubbish bag would have been helpful as one bag for a 4 day stay was not enough
