Gorgeous comfortable house in local area
9.0Very cute house in a local area. Perfect size for family of four. Kitchen had everything needed. Bathrooms were fresh and clean. Beds comfortable. Really recommend staying here. There is a steep climb up from fener but also possible to take 90 bus which drops off at top of hill. Local supermarket nearby selling delicious food (skip BIM)
− When we arrived for me (with sensitivity) there was a too strong fragrance in the house (cleaning fluid)? Only other comment, we didn’t use the balcony as the wood around the balcony was crumbling and I questioned the safety. Perhaps they should replace that?

Great house
10.0We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully designed house in the heart of Balat. The neighborhood is full of character, and the house itself was stunning and very comfortable. Our host, Merve, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay—she truly made us feel welcome. One thing to note for future guests: the house is located on a very steep street. While the views and vibe are worth it, it might be challenging for anyone with movement disabilities or heavy luggage. Overall, a great experience!
