Perfect Venice Stay – Beautiful, Peaceful, and Central

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a beautiful design, two spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms, and two spotless bathrooms. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly central - just a 3-minute walk from the Sant’Angelo water tram stop (direct line to the airport) and about 10 minutes from St. Mark’s Square. The view over a small canal adds to the charm. A perfect location and overall a great experience for a stay in Venice!

Fantastic location, amazing apartment, loved the artistic styling of the rooms and the view of the canals added to the amazing experience of being in Venice.

− I can't really think of anything to say here it was a great apartment. There was some building work going going on in nearby buildings but it didn't impact on our stay in any way.

Great location of the apartment, comfortable separate bedrooms with separate two bathrooms. Large living room plus one more room. The design is stunning, in the style of Venice. Close to the store and all the main attractions of the city. 👍🏻

Great location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the tourist sites, transport, supermarket. Property was clean and very spacious for family of 4.

The place was spacious, the beds were comfortable and being able to open the windows and see the canal below was breathtaking. The decor while unusual was interesting to look at.

− Unfortunately this property needs some severe maintenance. The door handle of the bathroom fell off, the curtains fell away, there are canvas prints larger than me that fell onto our daughter as they were just precariously balanced against the wall. In addition, the sound proofing is awful, there is building work next door and opposite going on, and every time the flat above walks the entire property shakes and booms making it impossible to sleep. The shower goes hot and cold with no warning and the pressure is very limited. In addition, the temperature was set to 26 degrees (I assume to save money) with no instructions left on how it works (you have to change the base control by the second bedroom or the Aircon remotes don’t work) which left us sweltering for 2 nights before we figured it out. There was no instructions for WiFi, air conditioning or anything at the property. While there is a TV in the room, unfortunately there is no TV in the lounge, so if you are like us and hate watching TV in bed, it isn’t great. We were also left waiting for the host to let us in (after calling, emailing and messaging) as no check in instructions were sent for over an hour and got eaten alive by mosquitoes so make sure you message multiple times beforehand so you aren’t left waiting with bags outside.

Amazingly styled apartment, very well located central to everything. we didnt need to walk more than 20mins to get to any of our destinations. Quiet location away from the busy areas. this is my new go to in Venice.
