Fairly spacious, sufficient cutlery provided, good location for where we needed to be, balcony.

− Forgot to provide cot despite agreeing it would be available leaving us a night without it, bedding was still wet from being laundered when we went to bed, rug covered in hairs and not well vacuumed, throw pillows on bed visibly stained, blankets on bed smelt strongly of someone else's perfume,broken light switches, flickering light bulbs, shower heads and kettle in serious need of descaling, red letter from energy company arrived we were there giving us anxiety power may be cut off, no batteries in TV remote.

− This was the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The condition of the property was completely different from what was advertised. This was not a minor cleanliness issue, but a serious and systemic hygiene failure. All bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty, with visible hair, dust and stains. The bath towels were unclean that I hesitated to use them at all. The bathroom had extensive mold. The floor had chewing gum stuck to it, and the dishes, kitchen surfaces, and table were greasy and clearly not cleaned properly. I also found hair left on the dishes, which is completely unacceptable. The laundry room looked like a storage or garbage room, with items scattered everywhere, showing a complete lack of basic management. In addition, the balcony door could not be locked, creating a serious security concern. Dust, debris, and trash were present throughout the property. I formally requested a full refund, but the host refused to approve any refund and did not take responsibility for the situation.

Good value for money. Good transport links.

− The cleaners are going to let this well-intentioned company down. In spite of the facilities being decent, there was no effort made in cleaning the floors and resetting furniture.

An enjoyable stay

Though a bit distant from the centre, the access through public transport is good.

− Everything was fine. There was no corkscrew, but we bought one and offered it to the apartment.

Nicely decorated very spacious lovely balcony good washing machine friendly staff just needs to be cleaned properly for the next guests xx

− Dirty cups in cabinet plates on table were not clean and rubbish was left in the bin very smelly dirt towels left out flickering lights. Electric cut out very minor things that can be sorted easily.
