Wonderful stay, couldn't have been better!

Great location, and an incredibly clean and well-appointed rental. Equipped kitchen, bright and inviting main space and what looks like a very recently renovated shower / bathroom. Great city / canal views, but nice and quiet inside. I come to Amsterdam often for research purposes, and this was one of the nicest places that I have stayed yet. Will definitely be back.

The location was really good, house is big enough

Nothing. We arrive at 16 p.m. and the appartment was close, there was no key anywhere. We did a lot of phone call to the contact person (Robert), who arrange the situation but they gave us the key only after 18:15 on New year eve. What a nice surprise

− The appartment was on the 4th floor. We didn’t know about it and a very narrow and steep stairs was in the building. There was only 16C in the flat. Robert promised us to refund the first day from the price, but he lied. It was dirty, cold i attached a few picture about it.

Location was great

− There was no remote control to operate the TV-and that is the only way to watch it. I notified the property mngr on day one and ftomvrhstbpojntbon every other day and he apologized but said there is nothing he can do. He did not offer any reimbursement either. It is advertised there is a flatscreen TV-which there is but inoperable.

Top floor apartment in ancient but renovated classic Amsterdam building with large window opening on busy canal providing great views of city and activity. Walked to restaurants and shops and most sights. Nicely quiet because of height.
