OK, aber viel zu teuer. Gute Lage für Ankünfte über Gare du Nord oder Gare de l'Est.
5.0Ich bekam am zweiten Abend ein anderes Zimmer. In der oberen Etage ist eine sehr schöne Sicht über Paris.
− Keine Fernsehbedienung, Tresor defekt, Badezimmer-Licht defekt, Schalter am Bett defekt.
To much work for check in and annoying staff.
3.0Good furniture
− The check in process is a mess, I did the check in on their external website. Completed 3 days before the arrival and every single day they were requesting me to do the check in again and again, I don’t know how many people is doing the customer management but they should talk to each other. It was not mention that I need to add my credit card details to their external website for a 150 euros warranty deposit. I arrive at the property and they didn’t send me the access codes I was waiting out of the apartment for more than 20 minutes, I was about to leave even though I paid already the day of the booking. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody specially when there are so many options in Berlin and with better location and price.

8.0Genügend Platz und bequeme Betten
− Sauberkeit war nicht optimal sei es Küche oder der Boden und schränke. Klodeckel lose müssen schrauben angezogen werden. Der Fön komplett durch einfach entsorgen bevor er noch in Flammen auf geht. Spülmaschine muss Fach für spülmaschinentab repariert werden öffnet sich mehr somit kein sauberes Geschirr

7.0− V zadní ložnici jde slyšet hluk od sousedů - pravděpodobně je hned za zdí potrubí a jde slyšet velmi hlasitě každé spláchnutí a používání vody. Velmi nepříjemné na spaní. Nefungoval kávovar.
