Good location and nicely designed flat.

− This place requires quite some maintenance and without these, it does not deserve the premium price. Sink was clogged, cupboard doors were broken, we could not manage to run the coffee machine and curtains were not easy to close. We tried to communicate about sink but nothing is solved. Also some garbage were at the entrance.

Super lokalizacja - metro niemalże pod drzwiami , w okolicy liczne restauracje, sklepy i miejsca do spacerów. Za oknami piękne patio - cisza i spokój. Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne i przestronne.

− Mieszkanie wymaga trochę uwagi - brakowało widelców, drzwiczki do szafki w kuchni odpadły i nie zostały przykręcone, umywalka była zatkana, kapsułki kawy nie pasowały do ekspresu, pościel najprawdopodobniej była założona jeszcze wilgotna, bo była zatęchła. Brakuje trochę uwagi, żeby było naprawdę super!

− Sink clogged, unresponsive host. Boise from hostel about between 1 am and 2 am. Impossible to sleep. Broken furniture in the kitchen. No proper blinds.

Veldig fin beliggenhet rett ved den største shoppinggaten og i et finere område av Berlin. Stor og fin leilighet med fin bakgård. Mye for pengene hvis man er en vennegjeng som reiser sammen.

− Den syvende sengen er rett på sofaen, og vi fikk først laken til denne (som vi måtte hente selv i en skummel kjeller) etter å ha diskutert en stund med overnattingsstedet. Soverommene kunne med fordel hatt mer dekkende foran vinduene. Ble veldig lyst på morgenen (slutten av april vi bodde her). Kjøkkenet var veldig lite og holdt på å rase fra hverandre. Badet var helt greit, men ikke baderomsprodukter selv om det stod at skulle være og selv om vi spurte om det. Helt greit renhold, men ikke superrent.

- The location was very convenient, with several grocery stores and shopping opportunies nearby. Public transport connections worked well. (Note that the closeby grocery stores were closed on Sundays). - The apartment felt cozy and comfortable. - The ground-floor location was a big plus for us, as one of our party has limited mobility and did not have to deal with stairs, just few steps from the street level.

− - Both beds had stained bed sheets upon arrival. We contacted the host on the first evening and asked for clean replacements, but none were provided during our four-day stay. The host assured the sheets had been washed, but we would have expected unstained bedding for guests. - One of the kitchen cabinet doors was detached. The host mentioned they had submitted a maintenance request, but we noticed reviews from May 2025 mentioning the same issue, so repairs seem to be taking a long time. - The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the sink couldn't therefore be properly used. - Being on the ground floor had some downsides as well. We could hear some noise from the courtyard, including neighbors using the garbage bins just outside the windows. The curtains also did not fully cover the windows, making it possible for people in the courtyard to see inside.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin.

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im Parterre und ist durch die Ausrichtung zum begrünten Innenhof angenehm hell und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein sehr guter Biomarkt, und zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Cafés liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Ku’damm ist es nur ein Block beziehungsweise etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung benötigt zwar einige kleinere Reparaturen, die uns jedoch nicht gestört haben. Die Vermieter warten bereits auf die Handwerker.
