10.0The location is perfect—close to Canary Wharf and Stratford, and within walking distance of nearby attractions. The apartment was comfortable, and the host was very friendly. I loved the atmosphere inside the flat, especially the plants and the fresh coffee.

couldn’t check in as the owner didn’t answer his phone and didn’t give clear check in instructions.
1.0Nothing, we couldn’t check in
− We were never able to check in, as the owner was abroad not answering his phone, provided poor check in instructions and ignored the fact that I told him 2x that I’d only be able to get there at midnight (although he expected me to collect a key from a local shop by 10pm). At 1am, I was trying to find alternative accommodation and needed to pay for an expensive hotel nearby because of the lack of responsibility from the owner with the booking.

1.0− Experiencia muy negativa. La contraseña facilitada para recoger la llave era incorrecta, lo que me dejó sin poder acceder al alojamiento. Intenté contactar con el propietario en varias ocasiones y no obtuve respuesta en un momento crítico. Además, posteriormente solicité la factura de la estancia y nunca fue proporcionada. Falta total de fiabilidad y de atención al cliente. No lo recomendaría.
