10.0Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, siamo rimaste notevolmente sorprese dato che dove è situata non è proprio uno dei quartieri migliori, però molto tranquillo.

7.0Bons eletro-domésticos. Apartamento bem conservado e organizado.
− Acesso a garagem. A começar pelo código de acesso que somente funcionou no último dia. Todas as vezes precisei contactar o suporte para conseguir abrir os portões. Não recordo de informação prévia de que o acesso a garagem dependia de elevador para o automóvel., o que no meu caso foi bem complicado usar por se um SUV grande.

9.0El apartamento está muy bien, cómodo y espacioso y bien equipado, no estuvimos mucho porque fue un viaje relámpago a Madrid pero nos gustó mucho y por la noche no se oía ningún tipo de ruido y por no hablar de la espectacular terraza. Cerca de parada de metro directo al centro.
− Es una auténtica lástima que siendo un apartamento tan bueno esté en un barrio tan malo. Por problemas con el parking tuvimos que aparcar en la calle y sinceramente no estuvimos muy tranquilos dejando el coche ahí. El barrio por el día bueno pero por la noche no es nada seguro, es una pena porque solo por estar en el barrio en que el que está no repetiríamos.
